My Favourite Cleanser #5 - Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

TGIF!!! I can't believe its the last day of the series already.. time flies when you're having fun and all that!

My final favourite cleanser is the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I know this is another cleanser that has been raved about so much.. but it is well deserved!

Before I tried this, I thought it was going to be a foam texture (no idea why!).. but it's not.Its quite a thick cream, almost like a face mask. It feels so nice to massage it into the skin and it takes the makeup off so easily. I've tried products which are similar in the past, and they make my skin feel really tight and dry - but this doesn't at all. It feels so gentle and soft.. I love it a lot. It is completely free of mineral oils, which are not good for acne-prone (or any skin for that matter)... it has ingredients such as cocoa butter and eucalyptus to cleanse and soothe the skin!

I have read previous reviews, and when I first tried it, I was expecting the smell to be really strong, but it isn't at all. Its quite a mentholly, herbally smell - but really subtle. I can't decide if I prefer this smell, or the Emma Hardie one - I think i depends on what you're looking for. The Emma Hardie one definitely smells more luxurious, but this is more of a 'does what it says on the tin' type product!

If you're struggling to find a cleanser that works for you - this one is definitely worth a try. I wouldn't say its affordable, but the price really isn't bad at all - It's 100% worth the price!

My Favourite Cleanser #4 - Garnier Miceller Cleansing Water

I feel like every person and their mother has tried this product. It is a dupe for the Bioderma cleansing water, which was raved about SO much a few years ago. Bioderma isn't easily available in the UK (i think you can get it in Boots now but you never used to!) - so everyone started using this instead, myself included.

This is soooo good. I use this if i'm feeling lazy and cant be bothered to cleanse my face properly, and is also amazing at getting rid of all traces of eye makeup. Its really gentle and you don't need to scrub at your face or eyes to get the makeup off, just a quick swipe and its all gone!

This is definitely on the cheaper side of the cleansers I love - you can get a massive bottle which will last you ages for about £4 - can't really complain can ya!? It doesn't have any scent - and literally looks and feels like water. The one I use is just the normal one for sensitive skin, but they do so many types e.g for combination skin, or just for eyes.. it definitely worth a try.

I'm pretty sure the majority of you will have already tried this out, but if you haven't... you really should!!

Fri-yay tomorrow.. whaooo!

My Favourite Cleanser #3 - Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm

Happy Wednesday!!

Today I am reviewing the Emma Hardie cleansing balm. This is seriously amazing stuff!!! I started off with the mini 50ml size, and have since invested in the 200ml super size.. thats how good it is!! Its definitely not a budget product, but it is soooo worth it!

I think the name sums it up - it is like a lib balm.. but for your face!! I get a tiny bit, swirl it around in my hands to warm it up and then massage it into my face. It effortlessly lifts my makeup off and makes my skin feel SO soft. Its a really rich formula, and did think it would be too much for my skin, but it isn't at all, it keeps my spots at bay and keeps my skin hydrated.

I'm not the biggest fan of the smell, its quite an intense herbal smell (i'm really bad at describing scents so thats the best I can do!!). It does smell like something you'd find in a spa, and although its not my favourite smell, I do find it relaxing. I think its one of those products where you have to smell it for yourself and make your own mind up.

It also comes with the best muslin cloth I have ever used!! Its like a fleecy fabric on one side, and a muslin material on the other - its so soft and takes away the product so well. I previously used muslin cloths from Tesco, and also the ones which come with the Liz Earle Cleanse and Finish - but this wins hands down.

I know its really expensive, but even the 50ml pot lasted me around 4 months - so it's actually not that bad when you think how long its lasts. It just feels so luxurious when you use it, and the packaging is so gorgeous (probably not the best if you travel a lot, but nice all the same!).

This is the cleanser I am currently loving and religiously using! My skin has never felt brighter and fresher. Love love love!
